Sterisafe is a concentrated QAC steriliser cleanser for cleaning and sterilising kitchen surfaces and equipment. Effective on gram positive and gram negative bacteria. Cleans and disinfects in one emulsifying animal and vegetable oils and fats, leaving treated surfaces clean and sterile. Sterisafe penetrates and disperses food deposits so that surfaces are hygienically clean. Suitable for cleaning and sterilising kitchen equipment utensils, vending machines, work surfaces and other washable equipment. Suitable for spray or mop application, Use as part of your anti bacterial and anti viral protection programme
For spray application dilute with up to 20 parts water. For mop or soak application dilute to with up to a maximum of 200 parts water.
Use to sterilise containers, fresh water pipe work, tanks and cooking utensils used for food preparation or drinking water. Sterilisation is the only method of ensuring that all bacteria and spores have been killed - spores are bacteria in a dormant state. For general disinfecting add 2% Steriliser M to cold or luke warm water. Apply to the surface by spray, cloth or mop. Suitable for use as a soak bath. No need to rinse. Allow to dry naturally. Pack size: 1 x 1 litre, 1 x 5 litre.
