Traditional copper scouring pad for cleaning pans and other kitchen utensils. Catering size Copper Scourers are hard wearing and long lasting making them suitable for for heavy duty scouring. Copper scourers are easily rinsed to remove dirt or food particles ready for the next tough job in the kitchen or canteen. Do not leave in water or detergent solution – rinse clean after use and allow to dry.

Use to sterilise containers, fresh water pipe work, tanks and cooking utensils used for food preparation or drinking water. Sterilisation is the only method of ensuring that all bacteria and spores have been killed - spores are bacteria in a dormant state. For general disinfecting add 2% Steriliser M to cold or luke warm water. Apply to the surface by spray, cloth or mop. Suitable for use as a soak bath. No need to rinse. Allow to dry naturally.
