Most waterless urinals require a liquid seal to operate. Waterless Urinal Sealant is specially formulated to provide a seal to the toilet trap. When the urinal is used it allows urine to pass through then automatically reseals the trap preventing sewer gases from rising and causing odours. Urinal Sealant is a viscous liquid with a strong reodourant and a blue dye system. Most waterless urinals that use this system require a dose of 125ml Urinal Sealant therefore a 5 litre bottle of this Safechem product will charge up to 40 urinals making it very cost effective
