Catersafe is suitable for cleaning down all hard surfaces including stainless steel, laminates, sealed timber, plastic, vinyl and painted surfaces. Formulated to cut through grease and fat deposits. Directions: Mop brush or spray onto the surface being treated and allow to soak before rinsing. Cooker hoods dilute 1 part to 15 parts water. Floors dilute 1 part to 20 parts water. To degrease Fat Fryers and stubborn deposits, dilute 1 part to 5 parts water. To sterilise hard surfaces dilute part to 50 parts water
