Formulated to cut through grease and fat deposits. Suitable for cleaning down all hard surfaces including stainless steel, laminates, sealed timber, plastic, vinyl and painted surfaces in food preparation areas where a greater degree of antibacterial properties are desirable. Non tainting and free rinsing. The product QAC bactericide helps prevent cross contamination. Dissolves animal fats, grease, blood and protein. Directions: Mop brush or spray onto the surface being treated and allow to soak before rinsing. Cooker hoods dilute 1 part to 15 parts water. Floors dilute 1 part to 20 parts water. To degrease Fat Fryers and stubborn deposits, dilute 1 part to 5 parts water. To sterilise hard surfaces dilute part to 50 parts water
