Safe Seal is an emulsion floor sealer formulated to protect floors against oil and grease leaving a hard semi gloss transparent finish. Use on all hard surface floors including linoleum, laminate, concrete and cork tile. Use to seal porous surfaces prior to the application of Slick floor polish. This undercoat sealant will extend the life of the floor and polish. Not suitable for use on outside flooring. Safe Seal is suitable for use in factories, office, home, coach bus and train floors, floors in mobile accommodation, tiles, cork and timber floors. It can also be used to seal concrete, stone and other porous surfaces. Use as supplied. Apply a thin coat using a soft broom. Leave to dry for 2-8 hours. If required apply a second coat and allow to dry. Do not use in temperatures below 5C
